Not recordings, but weekly real-time with Kim and your classmates. It is our time to share and address your specific questions and challenges. They are interactive and invaluable.
INDIVIDUAL FEEDBACK AND
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Throughout the course, your team members be teaming up with two different buddies to give each other weekly support with course assignments. And the 1-on-1 session with Kim is their chance to ask for feedback on their leadership presence as a speaker and a meeting host.

COURSE MATERIALS AND CERTIFICATE
Each weekly session includes a video or reading element with explanations and examples plus assignments with communication practice in action. Upon completion of the course, everyone will be awarded a certificate.

When and where are live classes held?
LIVE classes are held on Zoom, serving as our mobile classroom. You can join from any device and from anywhere you like.
How long is the Right Kind of Loud Online and how much time do I need to spend on my work each week?
The Right Kind of Loud Online is a 7-week program. Each week you will receive course materials, attend a live session and do some practical exercises where you apply what you have learned in the previous session. It’s helpful to plan spending at least 2 hours weekly.
What if I miss a class or two?
Do not worry if you need to miss a class or two. We record every LIVE class and make the recordings available the very next day. Plus, if you need extra help to catch up, we will always give that to you.
What happens after I graduate?
You’ll be a part of the Right Kind of Loud Online alumni. Many of you might choose to continue with 1-on-1 coaching sessions. I have special rates for The Right Kind of Loud Online Alumni. Once you graduate, I can share those details!
